ByLaw - 22 COMMITTEE MEETINGS

22.1  The minimum requirements for committee meetings are defined in the Rules of Association. The committee shall meet monthly in the clubhouse except as otherwise arranged.

22.2  The Secretary shall post the date of the next committee meeting on the club notice board.

22.3  Members wishing to raise an issue for discussion at a committee meeting shall provide written notice to the Secretary at least 2 days prior to the next scheduled meeting date.
