ByLaw - 20 INTERCLUB TOURNAMENTS

20.1  The Club shall apply each year to the Governing Associations to host Interclub Tournaments. The rounds and duration of the rounds shall be determined by the Committee.

20.2  The committee shall ensure there is a tournament director for each interclub tournament that is hosted by the club. This may be a committee member or an appointed position.

20.3  The tournament director shall provide a plan and budget to the committee for approval before publishing the tournament entry form and description.

20.4  The tournament director shall provide to the committee a final financial accounting within 4 weeks of the completion of the tournament.
