ByLaw - 13 ATTENDANCE BOOK AND SIGN IN PROCEDURES

13.1 The Secretary shall ensure that a suitable fixed page Attendance Visitors Book is maintained within the Clubhouse.

13.2  All Members and visitors shall be required to sign the Attendance Book before shooting.

13.3 Visitors shall sign and be countersigned in by a Member in accordance with By-Law 2.4.3

2.2.3  Visiting shooters must be signed into the attendance book (By-Law 13) by a financial senior member of the club.
